It's good to know that a fitness editor struggles with finding the time to do her workouts like the rest of us do. I'm an active person, but finding the motivation and time to do my morning yoga routine is the part I find most difficult to do, especially with the kids out of school and the mornings lacking the structure they do during the school year.

Also, that part about a couple of doughnuts making you feel better during a hard day is so accurate. I find that when I decide to junk out for a little bit that I can't enjoy it fully because I keep thinking about how bad it is for my body to be eating it.
